We at Gottschling Chiropractic Center believe in the value of wellness care for you and your family, and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office participates in a limited number of insurance programs and as a non-participating Medicare provider. We also accept some auto accident and most workers compensation cases. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. Insurance
Starting in 2024, we are changing more to a “self pay” practice which ultimately lowers your chiropractic care costs. Since we no longer have to bill a third party, wait on payments, rebill, call on missing payments, send statements, etc., we can pass these savings on to you in the form of a 25% time of service discount, if you pay for your care in full at the time of service. For example, an established patient can receive these discounted rates of a one or two area adjustment for as low as $30, and some adjunct therapies for $12.
We accept a limited number of health insurances, some personal injury coverages, some Ohio Medicaids (Care Source, United Health Care Community plan, Ohio Medicaid), all ES Beveridge plans for City of Mansfield employees, and Ohio Worker’s Compensation.
Our office is Medicare non-participating provider, which means payment is due at the time of service, but we will submit a bill on your behalf to Medicare, and Medicare will reimburse you directly.
You can always use HSA accounts or flex spend accounts to pay for care.

For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients self pay for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.
Your initial visit will cost $100-150 and include a personal consultation, examination, limited x-rays if necessary, and an initial treatment (a more exact cost can be given to you after we have done a consultation to see the extent of your chiropractic needs). Follow up adjustments can be as low as $30, when paid for at the time of service. Other adjunctive therapies (electric muscle stim, cold laser, dry needling, supervised exercise rehab, etc.) that are indicated or desired are available at additional cost. Again, we can tell you beforehand exactly what those costs will be once we ascertain the nature and extent of your problem. We certainly don't want to create a financial burden on top of a health issue!
We have no binding contracts, subscriptions, etc., so you always decide how long you want to benefit from chiropractic care.
